Wisconsin Trail Passes for the 2023-2024 Season will be available to order starting July 1st, 2023.
Discount Trail passes are purchased through the AWSC
and will be available to purchase after your membership application and dues are received and after the Rome Sno-Bandits process your membership with the AWSC. We do this monthly during the summer and weekly during the winter. You will receive an email from the AWSC once your membership has been processed if you provided an email address with your membership application. This email will include directions on how to obtain your trail pass.
Have your AWSC Membership Number & WI DNR Snowmobile Registration Number
for each sled available to complete this process. Trail passes
will be mailed once you have completed the ordering process. If ordering online, your receipt can be used as proof of purchase until you receive your trail pass.
Ways To Order Your Trail Pass:
1) Print, fill out and mail
the Trail Pass Form with check to the AWSC. Link to form: https://www.awsc.org/Trail-Pass-Registration.
2) Order online and pay with credit/debit card. Click

3) Call
the AWSC office at (800) 232-4108 during business hours and pay with credit/debit
card.
Your AWSC Numbers can be found on your Wisconsin Snowmobile News magazine label or you can look it up by clicking the link below. Your membership number never changes.
